Teacher Appreciation Commitee
The Teacher Appreciation Committee will support Teacher Appreciation Week, the annual Holiday Cookie drive, Stock the Teacher Staff Room and coordinate gifts for teachers who are retiring.
Class Coordinator
The Class Coordinators will help to support their teacher throughout the school year. The exact role and responsibilities will vary from teacher to teacher. The support may include coordinating volunteers for classroom celebrations and supplies, and well as coordinating holiday and end of year gifts for our teachers. Class coordinators will act as liaison between PAL and parents, utilizing Konstella as a communication tool. We are still in need of 7th and 8th grade class coordinators.
Event Committee
The Event Committee will help coordinate events throughout the school year. PAL aims to host an event in the fall, 3-5 community nights at local restaurants, the Jaguar Gala* and 1-2 parent social events each school year.
*The Gala will aim to have a separate sub-committee
Playground Committee
We are at the beginning stages of this project, please come help design,fundraise and collaborate with NHS Administration, School Board & the Community for our new school playground.
Social Media Committee
The social media committee will help create content for Instagram, Facebook and Konstella. They will help put together marketing material to support both the sponsorship committee with business specific branding and PAL with project deliverables.
